Scotland’s Pegasus Express extends shareholder membership by joining Fortec Distribution Network

As an established Pall-Ex member since 2011, Pegasus Express prides itself on providing its customers with an efficient and reliable service. It has now taken the next step on its journey, after joining Fortec as a shareholder member to maximise vehicle deliveries from the Midlands to Scotland.

Having shareholder membership in both the Pall-Ex and Fortec pallet distribution networks means Pegasus Express can expand its northern UK haulage pallet delivery options to a wider customer base by improving journey efficiencies.

Established in 1983 to provide a courier service to the emerging oil industry in Aberdeen, Pegasus Express has grown its remit by adding strategically located depots in Inverness, Dundee, Glasgow, Preston, and Birmingham, supported by a team of 70 staff and a fleet of over 60 vehicles. Its growth means that Pegasus covers the haulier requirements for more than half the total area of Scotland.

Pegasus Express’s service covers key areas in Scotland including Inverness, Perth, Aberdeen, Dundee and Motherwell.
