Pall-Ex celebrates ‘30 Years of Excellence’ at prestigious annual awards ceremony

Pall-Ex Group, a leading palletised freight distribution network, celebrated three decades of growth, excellence, and achievement at its annual awards ceremony on 7th February at the Hilton Metropole, in Birmingham.

This year’s milestone event was based on the theme ‘30 Years of Excellence’ to reflect the Group’s 30-year anniversary, while recognising the people, partnerships and top performance that continue to drive its success across the UK and Europe.

Supported by main sponsor, insurance broker Gallagher, more than 600 guests, including staff, network members and international partners, gathered for an evening of celebrations. Television presenter and broadcaster Jonathan Ross hosted proceedings and presented the awards, with Rachel Riley also in attendance with Pall-Ex partner Optimize, to draw the charity raffle.

Entertainment throughout the night paid tribute to the past three decades, beginning with a drinks reception featuring Oasis tribute act Definitely Maybe, a brass band performance from Brass About and nostalgic 90s arcade games. Guests then entered the main room through an immersive ‘Time Tunnel’ that highlighted key moments from the last 30 years of Pall-Ex’s history.

The awards recognise the businesses and individuals whose hard work and commitment reflect and reinforce the strength and quality of the Pall-Ex network.

The Member of the Year awards, sponsored by Service Express, are the most coveted accolades of the evening and are decided by a network-wide vote.
