Lincolnshire haulage company celebrates win at glittering awards gala

A haulage firm which goes ‘above and beyond’ is celebrating a special delivery after winning a national logistics award.

Skegness-based Hooper Haulage Ltd picked up the ‘Spirit of Pallet-Track’ award at the annual Pallet-Track Shareholder Gala, held at The Belfry Hotel in Sutton Coldfield and hosted by Stuart Godman, Group CEO.

The awards celebrate the national Pallet-Track network, which enables more than 90 independent logistics and haulage companies to work together to transport freight efficiently around the UK.

The win recognises Hooper Haulage as a company which supports the rest of the pallet network through service excellence.

It has been a busy year for the firm, which has expanded its fleet and team, and supported the community by sponsoring local football club Lincoln City FC.

Managing Director Sam Hooper said: “We started out in 2019 with just one member of staff, and now we’re operating with 29 team members, 19 vehicles and more than 50,000 sq. ft of warehousing space, so we’re immensely proud of the miles we’ve travelled in that time.

“Working in partnership with Pallet-Track has helped us expand and meet lots of new, great businesses. It has also been wonderful to deliver our goals of offering help, advice, and assistance to those who need it, not only across the Pallet-Track network but also in our community.”

Stuart Godman, CEO of Pallet-Track, said: “This award showcases Hooper Haulage as a highly valued Shareholder Member who really supports the network.

“The team go above and beyond every day, and that ethos really aligns with the values of Pallet-Track. We couldn’t feel prouder for them.

“Congratulations to the team following another year of fantastic growth and success.”
